Supporting Every Dancer. Empowering Every Teacher
Welcome to All Minds Dance, a growing online resource hub dedicated to empowering dance teachers with the tools, knowledge, and strategies needed to create inclusive and supportive dance environments for neurodiverse dancers. Whether you’re an experienced educator or just beginning your journey in inclusive teaching, we provide practical insights to help you foster creativity, expression, and confidence in every dancer.
When Neurodiverse dancers are supported, every dancer is supported.
Why This Matters
It is estimated that between 15% - 20% of the population is neurodiverse, yet many dance training methodologies were designed in a time when this level of neurological diversity was not recognised, leaving many dancers unsupported or misunderstood.
Neurodiverse dancers bring creativity, honesty, and incredible individuality to the studio but the dance environment can also be a highly stimulating and overwhelming place.
Many dance teachers want to offer a supportive and inclusive space but feel unsure where to begin, or where to find guidance that is compassionate, practical, and grounded in real dance teaching.

This hub exists to address that gap, with clarity, warmth, and respect for all minds and all bodies.
